Before ordering any products from Lifespan Dynamics Pty Ltd you must agree unconditionally to all terms as described in these Terms and Conditions. These terms may be changed at any time without notice.

Terms:

1. You must be over the age of 18 to purchase products from our site.

2. You must clearly understand Lifespan Dynamics Pty Ltd makes no claims whatsoever as to the medicinal, psychological or physiological properties or effects of these products that are beyond the scope of the TGA/FDA/EU medical device compliance scope for treatment and any indication or treatment protocol is for information purposes only based on the current body of research. No claims are made or implied to treat or diagnose any given condition.
3. You must agree unconditionally not to operate any vehicles or machinery while using any of these products and would only do so at your own risk.
4. Under no circumstances will Lifespan Dynamics Pty Ltd be liable to you or anyone else for any damages or injury caused by misuse or improper use of these products except within the bounds of Australian Federal Law.
5. Lifespan Dynamics Pty Ltd and any other parties involved including but not limited to their owners’, associates’, employees’, officers’, affiliates’ accept no liability. Any and all other damages, direct or indirect, special, incidental, consequential or punitive, are hereby excluded except within the bounds of Australian Federal Law.
6. You must understand Lifespan Dynamics Pty Ltd accepts no responsibility once your product(s) have been shipped. We will file a trace with carriers for orders not delivered within 30 days at the request of the customer. This does not however warrant a claim or any liability against Lifespan Dynamics Pty Ltd for non delivery.
7. You must have clearly read, understood and agreed to carefully abide by any and all cautions & warnings on this website and any of the product labels and/or instruction manuals.
8. Customers are required to know the laws of their country. Should you order something that is not allowed to be shipped to your country and it is seized by customs, you will not receive a refund.
9. All purchases are calculated in Australian Dollars (AUD$). Figures shown on your credit card statement may vary depending on the current exchange rate at time of processing and will be represented in AUD equivalent at that time

60 Day Money Back Satisfaction Guarantee Claims

1. Where an order is returned under the ’60 Day Money Back Satisfaction Guarantee’ the item(s), whether a full or partially delivered order, will be returned to the point of origin or to a location determined in writing by Lifespan Dynamics Pty Ltd. A refund, less all postage and handling costs and a 20% administration and refurbishment fee of the order total, will be made on reception and assessment of the items when returned in clean and original, working condition with all packaging and accessories enclosed.
2. Where only part of an order has been sent or an interim device provided (at the sole discretion of Lifespan Dynamics Pty Ltd) due to a production delay or by any other means beyond the control of Lifespan Dynamics Pty Ltd; the ’60 Day Money Back Satisfaction Guarantee’ will only be valid for 60 days from the original reception date of the first part of the order or interim device(s) being received by the customer, as determined by delivery tracking. All future claims for a refund under this clause from Lifespan Dynamics Pty Ltd will be null and void in part or whole from the end of this initial 60 day period. This shall be determined by the complete/partial order or interim device(s) being returned with tracking and/or postmarked within this initial 60 day period. The item(s) are to be returned in clean and original, working condition with all packaging and accessories enclosed to the point of origin or to a location determined in writing by Lifespan Dynamics Pty Ltd.
3. Any and all refunds will be determined at the sole discretion of Lifespan Dynamics Pty Ltd.
