1. Age Requirement
   By purchasing products from this website, you confirm that you are over the age of 18.
2. Disclaimer of Claims
   Lifespan Dynamics Pty Ltd makes no claims regarding the medicinal, psychological, or physiological properties or effects of the products beyond the scope of compliance with the Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA), Food and Drug Administration (FDA), or European Union (EU) medical device regulations. Any information or protocols provided are for educational purposes based on the current body of research. Lifespan Dynamics Pty Ltd does not claim or imply the ability to treat, diagnose, or cure any medical condition.
3. Use and Risk Agreement
   You agree not to operate vehicles or machinery while using any products purchased from Lifespan Dynamics Pty Ltd. Any such actions are undertaken entirely at your own risk.
4. Liability Limitation
   Lifespan Dynamics Pty Ltd shall not be liable for any damages or injury resulting from the misuse or improper use of its products. Liability is limited to the extent permitted under applicable Australian Federal and Queensland state law.
   Furthermore, all liability for direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages is excluded except as provided under Australian law.
5. Shipping Responsibility
   Lifespan Dynamics Pty Ltd accepts no responsibility for the products once they have been shipped. Upon customer request, a trace can be initiated with the carrier for orders not delivered within 30 days. However, Lifespan Dynamics Pty Ltd is not liable for non-delivery.
6. Compliance with Cautions and Warnings
   Customers must read, understand, and comply with all cautions and warnings provided on the website, product labels, and instruction manuals. Failure to do so voids any liability claims against Lifespan Dynamics Pty Ltd.
7. Customs and International Shipping
   International customers are responsible for knowing the import and customs laws of their respective countries. Lifespan Dynamics Pty Ltd will not issue refunds for products seized by customs authorities due to non-compliance with local laws. This agreement is governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and provisions under the Hague Convention.
8. Currency and Exchange Rates
   All transactions are processed in Australian Dollars (AUD). Credit card charges may vary based on the exchange rate at the time of processing and will appear in AUD on your statement.
9. Warranty Limitations
   Lifespan Dynamics Pty Ltd provides a ‘back-to-base’ warranty for all products, covering manufacturing defects for a period of 18 months unless stated otherwise. Customers are responsible for paying tracked return postage for warranty evaluation.
   Any attempt to disassemble, repair, or alter the product in any way will void the warranty. Intentional misuse or damage—including but not limited to crushing, pulling, bending, stretching, water or liquid ingress, short circuiting due to incorrect external power supply—will also void the warranty.
10. Force Majeure
    Lifespan Dynamics Pty Ltd shall not be liable for failure to fulfill its obligations due to events beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, governmental actions, war, pandemics, or disruptions to transportation and supply chains.
11. Dispute Resolution
    All disputes arising under this agreement shall be resolved exclusively under Queensland law. Arbitration or mediation shall take place in Queensland, Australia, as determined by local laws.
12. Limitation of Jurisdiction
    This agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Queensland, Australia, and does not confer jurisdiction outside of Queensland.

60-Day Money-Back Satisfaction Guarantee

1. Refund Eligibility
   Refunds are available under the ’60-Day Money-Back Satisfaction Guarantee’ for returned items in clean, original working condition, with all packaging and accessories enclosed. The refund will exclude postage and handling costs and will be subject to a 20% administration and refurbishment fee.
2. Partial Orders and Interim Devices
   If an order is only partially delivered or an interim device provided due to production delays or circumstances beyond Lifespan Dynamics Pty Ltd’s control, the guarantee period begins on the delivery date of the first part of the order or interim device. Refund claims after 60 days from this date are void.
3. Return Conditions
   Returned items must be accompanied by delivery tracking or a postmarked receipt proving dispatch within the 60-day guarantee period. Items must meet refund eligibility criteria stated above. Returns must be sent to the point of origin or an alternative location as communicated in writing by Lifespan Dynamics Pty Ltd.
4. Refund Discretion
   All refunds are subject to the sole discretion of Lifespan Dynamics Pty Ltd.
